A User is any person who visits the website, online store, or wishes to reserve a slot through the reservation system and uses it in any way. Users accept service terms and use published content at their own risk.

Additionally, Verde365 processes Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data, including company environmental impact, social responsibility initiatives, and governance practices.
Data use is limited to stated purposes, with advance notice and consent required for additional processing.
When you upload a PDF for a review, the document is sent directly from your browser to the Verde365 main-app API, which forwards it through OpenRouter to the selected AI provider to extract report information and supporting passages. This processing provides the review you request.
The review endpoint processes the PDF and generated result temporarily for the current request. It does not save the document or result. The PDF is included directly in the analysis request, without creating a separate file in a provider file-storage service.
The marketing website hosts the interface. Your requirements, corrections, supplier email draft and downloads are handled in your browser; no account is needed and no email is sent automatically. The main app keeps temporary request counters keyed by a hashed client address and short-lived concurrency locks to limit misuse; these contain no document or extracted facts. Limits expire after an hour, although expired cache records can remain until cleanup. Hosting services may process request metadata.

The AI-assisted review checks document completeness and consistency. It does not verify the carbon footprint or certify compliance with a standard.
We use a small set of analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. You are in control of which consent-based tools apply.
When you click Accept in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure pageviews, conversions, and how you interact with our pages. We configure it with the following privacy safeguards:

We also use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly Web Analytics. It is fully cookieless: no cookies are stored on your device and no personal identifiers are collected. It produces aggregated, anonymised pageview counts and page-performance measurements (Core Web Vitals) only. Because no personal data is processed, it works regardless of your cookie choice.
We also use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, EU-hosted analytics tool. It is fully cookieless, sets no identifiers, and aggregates pageviews without tracking individuals across sessions or sites. Because no personal data is processed, it works regardless of your cookie choice. Data is stored on EU servers and is not shared with advertisers.
When you grant analytics consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand page usability through heatmaps and session recordings, such as clicks, scrolling, and page interactions. We pass your analytics and marketing storage choices to Microsoft through the Clarity Consent API v2. If you reject analytics cookies, our site does not load Clarity.
Cookies set in this case may include _clck and _clsk, which Microsoft uses to connect visits and session recordings for the same site.
The contact page embeds Pipedrive Scheduler to let you book a call. Pipedrive may set its own cookies inside the embed; see Pipedrive's privacy policy for details.
You can change your choice at any time. We re-prompt for consent after 13 months in any case.
Users may request by email ([email protected]) or writing to access, review, correct, limit processing, or delete their Personal and Business Data. Consent revocation is permitted anytime without affecting prior processing legality.

Personal and Business Data are retained only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or within the statutory limitation periods. Following purpose fulfillment, data is deleted or access blocked.
The controller may authorize external companies and individuals for task performance, disclosing data only to carefully selected external processors under binding agreements. External processors receive data solely as needed and cannot use it for other purposes.
The controller complies with requests from courts, law enforcement agencies, and other state authorities with legal basis. Third-party services used by this website are described in this policy; the linked provider documentation explains their data handling.
